SPELL
JIF
ACCASBO, BCIP & GCSSD JIFs are three completely
independent joint insurance funds, compromised of
public school districts and dedicated partners. As
independent funds, they build their risk management
programs based upon the unique dynamics of their
membership. The School Pool for
Excess Liability Limits Joint Insurance Fund (SPELL
JIF) was created in 2001 by the ACCASBO, BCIP and
GCSSD JIFs in order to spread risk across a larger group and more
economically procure excess insurance coverages.
