School districts are facing a new era of risk….one that demands a connected view of safety, operations, and technology. At the SPELL JIF Safety 360 Seminar, we explored Safety 360 Convergence, offering a high-level view of risk in K-12 schools. In the session “Something Big is Happening to K-12” we examined AI disruption, vibe coding, agentic assistants, and the growing need for AI governance. We also shared sensor stories from the field through a JIF member panel discussion, highlighting how schools are using monitoring solutions to protect sub-surface systems, prevent power failure and water events.
